NOTE: Menu prices have increased. I have images of the NEW menu prices as of 09/11/2022. Fairly average and quick service.... Servers are very polite. Location is quiet and clean. I got a large "House Special Pho noodle soup". It has a generous amountof meat and lots of soup. Portion of noodles is surprisingly little compared to other Pho restaurants I've been to. Thebroth/soup itself doesn't have a lot of taste. Overall a decent bowl of noodles for $15.20. Expect prices for dishes ranging onaverage ~$15-20 per main dish as there was a price increase at this location. Read more
Had an awful meal of soup and salad roll. Worst experience ever. The chicken in the soup was tough and hard to chew. The... broth was ordinary and not flavourful at all. The salad roll was plain and no taste. The service was non-exsistant. We werethe only people dining in and our server did not come to our table once after the food was delivered to see how we were enjoyingour meal or to see if we wanted anything. The entire time the people at the back spent the whole time chatting. We had to getup and ask fo the bill since they ignored us. They did give us a discount when we complained but we will never eat here again.Very poor. Read more
Website says $10.65 for a vermicelli dish, thought that's a pretty good deal. Phoned in to pick up, they then tell me its $20. I... left and grabbed the best Vietnamese sub sandwich for $8 across the street. I get prices are going up, but at least take thetime to update your website before trying to scam people. Attentive and quick service, clean restaurant. Food was okay but fairly average. The toppings and meat had pretty stingy... portions. I thought it was a bit expensive compared to other similar pho places but it is well located in downtown Victoria. Read more
I love this place! The service & portions are consistently excellent as is the value.
This place is my go to on colder/rainy/gloomy days or if you just want the comfort of a good broth soup. I?ve never waited to... be seated, as soon as I?ve been greeted I?m seated right away which is nice when you are really looking forward to themeal. Service has been great and quick. No real wait to have your order taken and not much longer your meal arrives. I usuallyget the chicken noodle, regular size since it?s a pretty big bowl. Feel free to try the large if you?re extra hungry but I findit hard to finish a regular even though it?s delicious. I would highly recommend this as a stop if you?re looking for a bowl ofpho. I had a steak and flank pho accompanied by a strawberry Sinh to Dau! The pho was spicy (as requested) and beautifully seasoned... with lots of great flavour. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although the drink was refreshing, it was too costly, in my humble opinion. Read more
Very poor service, they forgot one of our dishes, and when we asked they said it was because they were very busy (there were 2... other groups in the restaurant). The food was mediocre and overpriced; some of the noodles were cold, and the pork was verychewy. When we went to pay, they added a 15% grat.(for a group of 5, including two kids under 10) and didn't tell us, and stillasked for tip on the machine. When questioned, they said that we should notice that on the receipt before we pay. Would notrecommend, rude staff, mediocre food, and shady if not illegal payment practices. Read more
