Clean place and good customer service but the batter used is not good. Signature fry is over the top greasy and non textured... with no crunch while the peli crunch uses a starch coating that is crunchy but has no flavor unless you get sauce. If you likebuffet style fried food then this is the place to be, otherwise avoid and go to chicken 649 for authentic fried chicken. Read more
Ordered Dak Gang Jung.\nTook 30 minutes and was expecting fresh, but they were too tough to chew on because they fried the... chickens that were already fried hours ago.\nOtherwise it wouldn’t make sense to be this tough and difficult to chew on andswallow.\nIt wasn’t like this before that’s why we were keep ordering from them though they were 2~4 more expensive thanother chicken to go restaurant.\nWell I am pretty sure some might get fresh ones and some like myself not, just writing what Igenuinely thought about my last order. Amazing chicken, I ordered the garlic sauce and had it with the fries and coleslaw. Best fries, chicken and coleslaw I’ve had... in a while. The service was very warm and kind, the meal combo for 13 dollars includes 3 large pieces of chicken, fries,coleslaw and a soft drink! Very nice experience from a newly opened business and I hope to see that the business continues toimprove and flourish! It’s me and my friends new favourite spot, we will be back! Read more

We ordered a medium boneless Pelicana Signature and a medium bone-in Pelicana Crunch. The Crunch is super crunchy (crunchier... than the other chicken place nearby). The crust is not flavoured but not salty. The Signature one is sweet and tiny bit spicy(okay spicy for me but spicy for my kids - 5, 7, 10yrs). We normally order soy and garlic at a different place but here, theysell garlic and soy flavour separately. We will try that next time. Read more
I honestly liked the taste, the hot and spicy was a little bit spicy which was good. Only three stars because the portion size... was very inadequate especially considering the price. The portion sizes for the chicken and fries were both very small. Read more
