This is literally the worst pizza ever, it's so bland, the dipping sauce is awful. The cheese sticks are just Ugh. How is this... place still around lo. EDIT After seeing the response from the owner? I do actually want to mention that the pizzas were puttogether just fine and the staff were chill and professional, it's just a ingredients quality complaint which I very much don'twant staff catching and heck for. Paid extra for mushrooms. Got literally 11 pieces of mushroom on a large pizza with 3 pieces having exactly zero mushrooms? Also... the crust was not cooked properly. Just sad. Never again, serious incompetence going on there EDIT.. Oh yeah Papa John's, letme go grab the old box out of the cardboard recycling in my apartment unit to get you that pizza number. Lol... every singlecomplaint on here is the same. This really isn't very hard at all. When was the last time you looked at and tasted a pizza fromthis location? Here is a tip for you. I called the main number and asked if they delivered, and after being told yes, I placed my order. I was told it would be here... in 30-40 mins. After an hour, I called back and was told there was no order for me. They told me they dont deliver. I calledback and said the website says they do, they told me they would do a special delivery and it would be about 30 minutes. About 40minutes later, I get 2 orders show up! 1.from the fort st location and 1 from the Mackenzie location. The number I called wasthe same but apparently dispatch sent it to both locations?? I dont know but it wasnt even good pizza. The delivery drivers wereboth very nice but terrible set up! Will not order from here again Read more

This was probably the worst pizza I ever had. Which is strange because Papa John's is usually really good. There is obviously... someone new there who doesn't know how bake properly. Crust was underdone. Sauce was a complete mess. Cheese was....plasticlike....wow. I know you can do better. I know I'm not the only one because this same problem has happened before. I think one ofyour staff here needs better training with the oven...... Read more
