BEST CHINESE FOOD in Victoria! We have dined in and grabbed takeout- this place is consistently delicious! Great place. We had amazing meal of wonton soup, Cantonese crispy chow mein, seafood and veggies and deep fried prawns. ... Portion size was great for price. We also got to watch them handle a mad rush of customers who came in after us and they werefriendly, patient and near perfect with checking in despite the many other customers. Phoned ahead on a very hot afternoon to check if they had air conditioning. The friendly lady who turns out to be the mother of... our waitress and a member of the family who owns the business assured me that the place had a.c. and was comfortable. We wereglad we came.
