This used to be one of the good stores. But the last couple of times the pizza was not that great, the crust was chewy and the... toppings were less than the usual pizza I used to get before. some of the toppings I didn't want but the remaining toppings werenot enough according to standard. I tried ordering a pizza online from here but it would not accept Burnside Road West in Victoria BC as a valid street. It would... only accept Burnside Rd. East. So I tried calling them and they said that thier computer system could also not find Burnside Rd.West. I assured them that Burnside Road West is a real street in Victoria and that you can just Google it. The woman said thatthey don't have Google and that she would have to go speak to a supervisor. After 10 mins on hold the line went just went dead.Well I guess the great people of Burnside Road West in Victoria BC don't get pizza, well at least from Panago anyway????????????. Ordered a medium deluxe Hawaiian pizza, wings and sweet bread. Delish pizza. The crust was perfect, crisp not crunchy, but... tender and flavorful. There was a nice amount of pineapple, ham and cheese. It was a really tasty pizza and it wasn't too greasyeither. I never tried the wings but hubby said they were really good and the sweet bread was divine. Definitely would ordertakeout again from here. Read more
Don?t order from Panago McKenzie. If you do You will get cold greasy food.I placed an order for a med cheese pizza and some... chicken bites. Waited till 804 pm when they said it would be est 7:44pm. Well I?ve already placed some paper towel on the pizzato sop up some of the grease and I need to reheat my 10 pc chicken. (Which I might add is 9 pcs then a crumb) Drivers response,?yay we are busy? call Panago to be fed the same excuse ? just an estimated time? Do not order from Panago on MacKenzie and Borden. Can't get your order right and when brought to attention they say to bad... you've already paid and we can't do anything about it. So disappointed ???? Read more
