3 times I've ordered delivery I've waited twice for over 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. The other time was an hour and... forty five minutes. One pizza and a 10 minute delivery drive. Pizza is always good but the wait time is less than reasonable.Possibly short staffed or something but they should let people know if it's going to be a long wait. They always give estimateddelivery times and it's always well past that time. Multiple deliveries on one trip so when I get my pizza it's cold. Deliciousbut cold. Read more

Orégano a is a great pizza. Probably one of the best in town and our family favourite. However, I?m giving a poor review d/t... finding out today that they changed their ordering system. With a family of 4 we used to order half cheese and half pepperonifor example. Now to be able to have our family pizza night we have to order 4 different pizzas to accommodate our needs. Thisincreases our coast by a lot which is disappointing. I am sick of retailers doing things like this not taking into considerationtheir customers needs. As soon as I found out about this I wrote an email to the company and ordered our usual from theircompetition ( Hot house). They also make great pizza and they are closer to where we live. I would love to continue supportingoreganos as I have done for many years but I?m not playing this game.
