This location has went downhill. Last time we ordered online, they sent us home with two boxes containing peanuts, and we are a... peanut free household. They didn?t answer the phone when we tried calling after arriving home. Another time we ordered onlineit ended up being a 60+ min wait, their app doesn't tell you until you pay for order. Ordered teriyaki box a few nights ago, teribble smell. I think they used old noodles not fresh ones. I couldn't it. Today, I... thought I tried something else and told the server about my teriyaki box experience. I drove to my friend's house to eat itthere and it was so salty. I shared with my friend who also said that it was terrible, way too salty. I called to complained,they asked me to come back tonight to get a replacement. I am close to Costco at my friend's house, not going all the way backto get another box. That was their best offer, either go get it tonight or nothing. I am not going back!! Read more
Not pleased. Ordered a teriyaki box with the recommended noodles. Opted for sirloin beef which is an extra $5 I believe as well... as cilantro. When I got the box it was an ocean of sauce. Barely any vegetables, just noodles and 4 little pieces of beef. Notgood value at all. Read more
Last week, ordered 2 chicken and rice boxes with ONLY brocolli, rice, & chicken. They gave me two chicken and rice boxes with... EVERY vegetable - we picked it all apart and probably ate 65% of it. Definitely dissapointed. Ordered again this week butspecificied over the phone their mistake and placed another order. This time they did that part right, just both boxes only had3 and the other 5 pieces of brocolli and thats it. lol. Very high chance I wont be ordering takeout again. Id consider dining inbut I can no longer trust them with my lunch while at work. Ordered take out for pick up. 1 Cambodian Jungle Curry and 1 Pad Thai with extra sauce! Ordered the recommended noodle choices... for both. Both dishes were dry, lack sauce and flavour. When I called Noodle box to ask for a way to fix, I was informed thatbecause we chose Rice Noodle (the recommended noodle) all the sauce gets soaked up. also, the fact that we ordered extra sauceand the pad Thai was STILL dry, didn't help All that was offered was a $5.00 credit. By far the best take out noodle joint in town? I end up changing my four-star to five star after my last visit, if you?re going... to go to a noodle box go to this one if you?re able to. The flavour is beyond expectations and when you order here you?ll getexactly what you want? Other noodle boxes sometimes take a very long time, and the food is lacking and paste at times? I previously didn?t have the best experience and spoke with the manager at the time. I came back today for take out and what a... different experience! The spicy peanut noodle box had a great sauce with enough of it for the amount of noodles, the veg werecrispy and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Worth a try for sure Read more
