Wish they open some branches in California. Fries were a bit small and firm. Other than that everting was great.

There staff is usually pretty good but there hours are really weird.

Have come almost weekly for some time but my last few visits the fries have been disappointing. They've been soggy and get cold... quick and I suspect I know why. The last few times I've ordered the staff have 'cooked' the fries for about 60 seconds max. Isuspect they have pre cooked much earlier and then they dunk them to give a quick reheat. This does not provide the same crisphot fries which had me coming back often. I thought maybe it was just 1 employee but I've given it a few goes and this has beenthe result the last few visits. I'd much rather wait a bit longer for them to do a full cook to order. Read more
