I ordered a large poutine and bottle water right. Young guy gives me the poutine, then I let him know I ordered a bottle of... water. I think k he only heard what because he turns around and fills up a cup of water and passes it to me. I feel it, it'swarm. Ordered 2 large nacho fries, the girl making them put so much salsa on the fries, they werent even edible. It did not nearly... resemble the advertised product. It turned into mush, When I brought it back and asked if it was possible to get it remade theworkers were very hostile and rude towards me, saying that this is how its supposed to be made and they could not remake it forus. Definitely need to train employees to greet customers properly. I also work in the mall so I go to this New York Fries quite... frequently. Two of the cashiers barely speak when they take my orders. One of them only use his finger to point out thecontainers in order to ask what size I need, which I find it?s kind of disrespectful because he could?ve spoken to me instead ofremaining silence as a cashier/ customer services representative. In addition, sometimes the fries are not fresh. Maybe it?sbecause I go to this location too frequently, I just know if it?s fresh or not. Mayfair Mall is such a popular and busy locationpeople like to visit. I just think this New York Fries can do better than that. It will be good for business. Now people canclearly see that this New York Fries is not as busy as it used to be. Maybe something has to be changed soon if they still wantto meet a greater target. Read more

We went to New York Fries at the Mayfair Shopping Center on Wednesday, July 20, as BCAA offered its members a free hot dog there... on that day. Consequently, there was a big lineup around noon. After waiting a long time, we finally approached the counter,showed our BCAA cards to the young man at the tiller, asked for two free hotdogs, and paid for two small fries. The young manwas running back and forth between the tiller and the cooking station, taking orders, preparing and serving hotdogs. He told uswe had to wait 10 minutes while the next batch of hotdogs was being cooked. We sat nearby eating our fries which, by the way,were very good. When we approached the young man again to get our hotdogs, he demanded a receipt for the hotdogs, which we didnot have, as we had only paid for our fries. After a testy exchange, he eventually handed us two hot dogs in a tiff. Theirfries were tasty but the hot dogs were poorly prepared and not good. Although I am mindful that one should not look a gift horsein the mouth, in fairness, I must say that the servers were rather frazzled, running off their feet due to the large number ofcustomers. Beware this particular location is VERY skimpy on the cheese curds in their poutine. Fries were not fresh. Definitely would... recommend not getting anything from this location other than plain fries. Sorry but it?s my honest opinion of my experience atthis New York fries. Read more
