Great balance of flavours, not too expensive ? $10 including tax for coffee and a ?classic?. Great bunsfrom Bond Bond?s, egg?s a perfect medium, not too much mayo. Balance, grasshopper. There is no seating at all, just the truck,so either eat off your hood or take it to go. I?ve always lamented the loss of the breakfast bocadillo at Chorizo & Co, oncethey changed hands, but this is definitely my fave breakfast sandwich in town now. I can finally stop lamenting. :) ? Got a Classic and a Boss Hog at the Melt truck. First impression of this place was that the food was super fast which was great... cause we were on the way to catch our ferry back to Vancouver. Between the Classic and Boss Hog, I personally preferred theClassic. But both sandwiches were really good. Highly recommend the bacon! If you wanna beat the queues at the Brekkie/brunchplaces, this is a definitely an option! Read more
Working with men is very challenging...when it comes to breakfast...it can be even more challenging...and what's the best way to... make hungry men happy??? So good! I've tried it twice and have zero complaints. I don't like spicy food (at all), but the sriracha mayo is perfect, not... too spicy. The runny egg adds the little creaminess you need for all the meat. I subbed tomato for the banana peppers and it wasdelicious. Read more
