Honestly I get it, McDonald's that have drive throughs during the night are constantly busy so it may take a while to talk to... staff there so I'll let it slide this time. Usually when I'd visit this McDonald's it's slow and chill, the staff is nice andservice is very fast. If it's slow during a visit then I'd recommend it for a quick snack or meal. 7/10 Read more
Drive Thru: The manager on at 5:35pm on Oct 29 2022 screwed up on a drink which was Large Iced Tea with no ice. But when we... mentioned it was no ice she went and scooped it out with the ice scoop, then put the ice scoop back into the ice bin. She saideverything is clean and sanitized every hour. When we requested that we wanted a whole new drink she became rude andignorant. And asked us to go park and they would bring out the order. We waited at the window until she gave us the proper drinkand meal. Really is it seriously that hard to dump out the drink and pour a fresh one. It took her more time to scoop it out andargue then it did to make new fries!!!! Read more
Zero customer service here. Hungry teens begged me to order, we did the door dash thing and all that was delivered was our... drinks in a huge sized bag. McD sent the dasher on his way (not his fault), sans food. They redelivered but only remade thefries ?mmm stone cold burgers. When did this become okay? Food was consistent, but slow service. It was a bit busy and they were understaffed just after lunch. Locked bathrooms, and it... took a few minutes to open them. We had to interrupt one of the workers to get them opened ? Not acceptable. Why are theylocked in the middle of the day on a nice weather Sunday? Read more
Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I've been to in a long time, everyone running around like they are busy but nothing getting done.... Waited 25 minuets for a mcdouble. They clear the screens so corporate doesn't know how long they actually take to make orders.Wasn't the only person that walked out without food. They are to busy serving everyone in drive-through before even making dinein orders. I suggest going to the food coart in the mall across the street, that's what me and the other 3 people that walkedout did. Read more
Do not waste your time or money. These people have left garbage in the lot BESIDE the garbage bin....when there's a rat problem... there!!! The food has made us sick and is always cold old and gross. Even theicecream is subpar, when they have it. I walkedinto the store once to be greeted by a messy cashier who obviously cared more about her phone & eyelashes to help me. Then Ilook at the manager...she was on her phone too. After they handed me some shriveled cold fries (that I returned) theyreluctantly made some fresh ones for me. DONT DO IT...I WONT. EVER AGAIN. You never expect anything right at this location. 30'th July I got 3 fillet of fish meals , fillet was fried 3_4 times and it... was disgusting and decided not to visit again. Unfortunately again 5'th August I had to go to the same location for the samething and the coffee that I received for the meal is just the hot water. Read more
We were in a work vehicle at 6:57 am and couldn?t clear the DT. They had a pick up window and we asked to come in to order... because of our height limitations.
