Used the drive through for some coffee..... staff are always very pleasant and polite. No complaints.
I go here on occasions to get coffee. Just had one of the rudest people on drive thru. They seemed to be having trouble with... getting 2 coffees right over the head set so i wanted to confirm at the window that my order was right before i paid. As i wasasking i got cut off by the person saying they can?t hear me and then when i asked again instead of looking and confirming theorder they just rolled their eyes and told me they didn?t take my order. Don?t like working with people then don?t take a job incustomer service. Pathetic. Read more
Stood at the cashier desk for 5 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. Completely ignored by everybody. Busy or not, an... abysmal standard of customer service. Read more
Had a coupon so had to order at the counter. Took over 30 minutes to get the order taken with only 3 people ahead in the line... when I arrived. You'd think they could get to more than one person every 10+ minutes. Update: I was thinking I was about to beserved during the original submission. I waited another 10 minutes. Read more
I'm well aware that this isn't The French Laundry, but perhaps the kiosks shouldn't be offering "table service" if you still... need to go up to the counter to collect your order, especially after a moderate wait time. Read more
I eat at this place on occasion but today's visit is pathetic. Do better when I actually take the time to make a larger order.... Food is fresh but they literally threw the fries without care. What the heck? What a mess, my daughters would have been plentyannoyed... Read more
Seriously just found what could be cooked on blood or paint on my fries. And of course I can't get through to anyone to make a... complaint. So now I'm letting everyone who bothers to read these reviews, DON'T BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOCATION! I'm absolutelydisgusted right now and feel like I'm going to puke.
