it appears my order was never marked as made on uber which caused it to keep getting delayed. after 40 minutes of waiting i... asked the deliver driver to go in and ask if it?s ready anyways and lone behold it magically shows up at my door 10 minuteslater and everything is either completely cold or completely melted. as per past reviews it seems like this is a constant issue. At least half of their electronic kiosks are broken one is smashed and two have touchscreens that don't work, they never have... receipt paper in the working ones. If you go to the counter prepare for the staff to ignore you for a while. The apple pies arealways burnt and the staff member I ordered from stared at me blankly walked away from the register and I had to wait foranother member of staff come type in my order so I could pay. Tables, floor and garbage bins are a complete mess. Honestlylocation is the worst i've ever seen and i'm surprised it's allowed to be this bad. Read more

I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and I cannot make this up, it took 22 minutes. 22. I godhonestly thought they were prepping me... an award winning beef wellington in the time it took. I then asked the girl for a kids orange juice which they forgot. Shetried to charge me.... after waiting 22 minutes. Mind blowing how pathetic that was. Ps. Worst cup of coffee ever. Read more

While receiving soft ice cream at night ,the employee's hand touched the ice cream.I asked for a new one.The new ice cream I got... was too small.Do you want more staff who look like a manager on my disappointed face? I told you, but I felt so bad. The rudestaff ruined my time with the children.I've never been treated in Canada like this.I will never visit again. Read more

They close our orders as soon as they show up on the screen, causing them to forget to serve them. Yesterday I ordered a single... coffee, and it took 17 minutes before I could catch someone's attention to get it, and another 3 to receive it. This was alsoafter other, later in-store people received their orders. This is not the first time it's taken way to long to serve, but thisis the worst. I get that you have to get drive-through orders done, but not at the expense of those who actually bother to showup. The wait time should be similar. If you had a drive-through person who had to wait 20 minutes for a single coffee, theywould have lost their mind. When I worked at McDonalds a few years ago (different franchise owners) we would have been reemedout for closing orders early. I know it affects your numbers going to corporate, so you're deliberately boosting your ratingsat the expense of your customers. I've had people at your store take my order, immediately clear it, and walk away withoutactually getting my one cup of coffee. Shame on the training here, shame on the managers and franchise owner for allowing this. Read more

On several occasions they delete the queue number right away and forget the order. The wait for getting something as simple as a... coffee has varied between 5-20 minutes sometimes, as they all scrambled to prioritize online orders. It just doesn't make anysense. Someone like the cashier, or anyone really, could quickly handle coffees. Keep that classic quick in and out system forsuch a small order. It just makes more sense to prioritize customers who took the time to come and pay in person, and it's justso discouraging and frustrating to see so many bodies working so hard on orders for people who are just hanging out at home, while you've been waiting in line for 20 minutes to get a friggin coffee.
