Wonderful coffee experience that arguably should be on a local coffee tour given their long legacy of best industry... practice. The facility is terrific and really takes customer needs and wishes into account. This starts with their beautifulpatio that takes full advantage of their view and includes a bicycle repair stand. It continues through their dedicated tastingroom that doubles as a special event and meeting space. And carries on through their clean, plentiful and accessiblewashrooms. As one would expect, their drinks are well composed and milk steamed with skill. We did not try the tasting flight,but this more than justifies a return trip. What a lovely coffee spot! Great views, delicious coffee and helpful staff. We were lucky enough to get a full tour and hear all... about the journey from plant to roasted bean from the very informed and coffee-passionate Joshua.  We then tried variouscoffees in the coffee flight before choosing our favourites to purchase. The Ethiopian coffee is sublime and the SparklingAmericano was perfect for a hot day.  I?m also stocking up on their delicious Chai for the colder months, it?s warm spices gotme though last January.
