I had the opportunity to attend a long table dinner hosted by Green Artichoke catering. There’s so many great things to... mention: 1. They brought us through not just the what (we were eating), but the why as well. For example the first course was anoyster dish and the chef discussed how they were using for shellfish due to its sustainability. 2. Green artichoke puts togethersuper welcoming atmosphere. I felt super comfortable despite not knowing anyone else. 3. Obviously the food was great! Won’tget into specifics, but let’s just say the best oyster I’ve ever had, a true western Canadian falafel, beef three ways andthe most delicate soufflé. It was awesome. Read more

As the captain on board a yacht on which Kyle Gerard is the chef, one can be assured of several things: interesting... conversations, no drama, a hard worker, a team player, some good laughs and... amazing food!
