The ordering process and delivery, were easy, and efficient, even though I am from the United States, visiting Vancouver Island... BC. The app kept me updated with the process, from start to finish, and even though the delivery location is a little difficultto access, the delivery driver did an excellent job of delivering our order. I went in here on a Sunday night for a pick up order I had placed online. The order was ready and there was no issue with it.... However there were only two staff members and they seemed extremely overworked. An employee told me that multiple staff membershad called in that day. I doubt the staff are being paid a living wage for our current economic conditions. They are likelyshort staffed because they only pay minimum wage or just above it. I won't be ordering from here anymore because I can't trustfoodsafe is being handled properly due to them being short staffed. Read more

We get pizza from here every single Monday when they are 50% off. 2 large pizzas for under $18 is such a ridiculously good deal... it would be a sin to miss a week! They are very generous with the toppings, even with this promo. I always order from the app,and their tracker is so cool, tells you who's preparing your order, what time they put it in the oven and when it's ready!Usually ready in less than 15 minutes, hot and steamy and fogging up my car windows lol.
