A bunch of kids running the place. Very disorganized and clearly overwhelmed and stressed out. One of them was super rude to... everyone. The "computer" said my order was ready but still had to wait 30 minutes. When asked, they just shrugged and said theywere backlogged. The rude girl said to everyone who was unhappy "cancel your order if you're not happy". Imagine waiting for anhour and then being told that. Nice way to ruin the plans for the night. Enjoyed a very friendly and fast experience. Pizza was right in the mark and a great deal was offered as well! This being a lot... of peoples go to pizza place at night in my local neighbourhood of Gordon head, they lots of people to please. Keeping up withpace of orders is impressive. Very disappointed with my service at the Shelbourne location tonight. Opened up the box, and not only was the pizza very... sloppily made, but there was also a piece missing. Tried to wave thr delivery guy down before he left to question him about it,and he just sped off. Very unhappy customer tonight! Read more
Super fast delivery. I ordered a 14" Brooklyn (Which is a pepperoni pizza) with some extras... The extras were all on it but... unfortunately not a single slice of pepperoni what is honestly pretty sad... Read more
Terrible quality control at this location. In fairness to the staff, they're always friendly and have a great attitude.... However, I'm tired of getting orders messed up. I'm tired of going back to get mistakes fixed, and tonight was just the laststraw. I get home, open the box to find a tiny "medium" pizza that is not much bigger than a small. You'd think they'd havenoticed when putting it in the box because there's so much extra space, but no. The other pizza had four huge bubbles in it.Not an enjoyable meal at all. Read more
