Terrible slow service. I can't comment on the quality on the food because I give up waiting in line after ten minutes or more... while the poor cashier tries her best to help the hungry people in front of me. 3 or 4 other people were running around behindher making Dilly Bars, etc when they should have been helping customers. If I was the manager I would definitely look atbetter training and staffing at the front counter. Read more
I ordered a blizzard cake online and picked it up before my fiancé's birthday dinner. I noticed once I arrived home that it had... the wrong name on it (Chris instead of Curtis). I called the store who confirmed it was their mistake as the order clearly said"Happy Birthday Curtis" and let me know the manager would phone the following day to discuss how to make up for it. I didn'thear anything for 2 days so I called and was told the manager was off sick, they took my name and assured me she would call thefollowing day. I still have not heard anything and am now much more disappointed in the customer service than the originalmistake. Read more
DQ must be giving up on competing in the burger sector. This is the second time I order the crispy chicken combo from DQ, and... they can't compete with Fatburger. Similar combo costs the same, but theirs are much crispier and fresher. Yes, this DQ is farbetter than the one on Douglas. I do like the thick cut of tomato, good lighting, and big windows. Yes, the patty is bettercooked and fresher than my last experience. But the fries was undercooked. The patty was not crispy, and a bit of the saltside. Next time I will try out their dessert instead.
