As Usual relocated here from University Heights and I quite like there?s larger seating area at this site. Customizable drinks... and their salt and pepper fried tofu are fantastic as usual. Staff greets you and are friendly. The street is quiet with ampleparking spots. Read more

Ordered on skip the dishes and was not let down in the slightest by the yummy suprise dessert and the perfect bubble tea! The... snack tray was delicious as well, only thing was that it got a bit squished with everything put together in one container, stillyummy though! We will definitely be coming back for more, love! Lunch: Seafood mini hot pot : coconut milk broth : vermicelli noodles : outstanding flavour! Seafood was cooked perfectly, broth... was creamy and sweet, everything was excellent. Dessert: classic bubble waffle parfait : very good, the cream at the bottompaired best with the bubble waffle.
