Great customer service from Leo. Low on snowboard boot stock last week, but he took my number, followed up with a call when... more boots arrived and knew which sizes I was looking for ahead of time. Only local skate shop I know and I wouldn?t even bother trying for what ever I may need, love this place. Guy working today was... great, very supportive and willing to help and offer the little things that I wouldn?t have thought of on my board when I gotnew wheels after I blew one off yesterday. First time buying from this store, it was an online order for a helmet. Once the order was filled (which was pretty quick) I was... informed they didn't have the colour I ordered but one that was different. Kinda confused by that as the only colour on thewebsite for this helmet was white. They offered a refund but not even a suggestion for something similar that was white? Ohwell, went to another non-local website paid $30 more (shipping)for the helmet I wanted. First time Artavi customer ....lasttime Artavi customer. Read more
Stopped in earlier today and had the pleasure of having Colin help me - he's great! I was looking for new skate shoes but I have... very small feet ('mens' size 4.5), and he had no issue helping me find a small enough shoe that fits me very well! Can't wait toskate them! Went in to pickup a soft wheel commuter board to cruise around the city since riding through town on a standard short board gets... rougher each year with age. Great selection of boards and amazing customer service! Read more
