Late review but maybe still accurate?! Onions rings: too salty Yam fries: not crispy, not fully cooked Wait time at drive... through: Way too long.. I think that was the worse A&W my partner and I have been to.. yet lol They are definitely strugglingwith staff or something, we could kinda tell by looking at how busy the lady at the window was! Still the best place for a straight ahead burger in my opinion. Decent onion rings but no ketchup included...oh well. The staff... seem to be pretty good too especially given how busy this drive through is...I like the chain enough that I bought their stock.Nuff said. Read more
As a former employee of this location 1 star is extremely generous to say the least. Managers pick favorites among the employee... and the store is constantly understaffed despite haveing more than enough employees. employees who are good at there jobs hoursare getting cut, Management doesn't/rarely helps when in a rush. food is always fresh and taste good. but the kitchen staff need to learn how to read an order. when you pay for extra of... something snd don't get it almost everytime you come in and have to say something it gets to be pretty annoying. especially whenit's take out. oh and they always have to be reminded about the drink if you go inside. For a fast food restaurant I?m impressed with level of service with a smile, the cleanliness of the facilities and the good... quality of the teen burger meals that we had. The washroom facilities were very clean which is a good sign of generalmaintenance! I also was glad of the high rate of air exchange as exhibited by the air conditioning which was set quite high.Very important in this time of Covid! (July 2022) Read more

So impressed by this Fast Food experience! The service was friendly, and helpful and the food was good! What I was extra... impressed with was the sinks you could actually wash your hands at before chowing down. You don't have to get into the bathroomjust to wash your hands. It was a busy night (halloween) so it was expectedly busy but I will definitely come here again. Read more
