I?m pretty disgusted with this place. I have been coming here for years, starting with the armory location. Watched the cook,... gentleman with a beard and his ears stretched, wipe his nose SEVERAL times, touch his face SEVERAL times and then pick theinside of ear with gloves. Made several sandwiches and I finally went to register to tell cashier to please have him change hisgloves. She said he already made my food and I told her I want it remade. She told him and he was clearly upset. He had to goin back to get a box of gloves. Then was all of the sudden not visible to the public anymore. Grabbed my sandwich in thewindow and a second later a new sandwich of mine was placed there. So not only were you upset that you needed to do a basicrequirement of your job (cleanliness) but you hide from public sight so I can?t see you make my food and possibly give me thesame sandwich? I am so upset. The food is in the trash now. I should have asked for a refund. Everything was contaminatedanyway. I was trying to be nice and not make a scene, but blew up in my face. This isn?t your typical mid mall food court spot. This is a pretty legit bakery with good sandwiches and smoothies. The bread... is fantastic. I highly recommend the sourdough pan loaf. I go grab loaves of this periodically so we can slice it and have itfor breakfast. The sandwiches at this place are excellent, but its mostly because of the bread. Lunchtime was very very busy, and there was a wait, but it was worth it. Avocado BLT was amazing! Bread was fantastic, perfectly... toasted, served with kettle chips and a dill spear. Strawberry lemonade, would not recommend. Not the greatest flavor. But thesandwich was good worth the visit. I look forward to getting pastries sometime! Read more

I love the food here, I work in the mall so it's nice to have a place like this to get food on break. But I ordered food 2 days... in a row and both times something was forgot, first day they forgot my salad I had to go back and get it and the second day theyforgot my syrup for my French toast, I work farther away in the mall so it's always a pain to have to go all the way back overespecially in the morning when I can't use the mall doors to get inside And I did not have time to go all the way back and getthat, I feel like they are very rush rush even when it's not busy, I feel like they are not very attentive to customers alwaysjust chit chatting amongst themselves. But the food is great and I will continue to go but always double check my order before Iwalk out. Read more

Love this place for a quick bite. I'm gluten sensitive however their toast tasting is always worth the discomfort and my... favorite item on the menu (comes with butter and homemade strawberry jelly). They serve breakfast all day if still available,have a nice selection of hot and cold drinks including coffee, menu items that do not disappoint and a bakery for those of youwith a sweet tooth. Good food, poor service. I went around 2:30 pm and there was a decent wait. That?s fine, but they didn?t let people know that... they were out of all breads and smoothies until you got to the front. I love Village Bakery, but unfortunately this location very poorly executed our order through grubhub. Both our drinks were... disgusting (the smoothie had two whole dates in it and no ice so it was more of a weird juice texture, and an iced coffee withgrounds) and they did not follow our instructions for dressing on the sides for both salads, so we had soggy salads to go withit.
