We've never eaten at a Marble Slab Creamery, so we thought we'd give this a try while walking around the mall. We won't be back.... The ice cream was very soft and put in a chewy, stale waffle cone with some toppings piled on top of it. The ice cream didn'teven taste all that good, so we took a few bites of each of our cones and threw them away. I asked for a cookies and cream shake and instead I got cookies and cream milk. They DO NOT serve it like the picture shows it... and supposedly they ran out of fudge when my sister ask for a sundae and her sundae had fudge??????????? Also they don?t evenask if u wanna put any toppings bc it?s just for decoration. Honestly worst service ever I?ve had better ice cream shakes in momand pop shops. YUMMY HOMEMADE ICE CREAM!!! Warning cheese cake ice cream mixed with thawed strawberries only makes it melt faster!!! The cheese... cake ice cream is hard to freeze. My experience here was absolutely awful! The young kid working the counter was rude as soon as we stepped up to the counter. He... stood in the same spot while my fiance and I looked at flavors and were deciding what to get- which made us feel awkward andrushed. He wasn't pleasant or helpful at all. When she ordered something with Twix in it, they were out of Twix. When I orderedsomething with Snickers, they were out of Snickers. I made a comment about them being out of a lot of stuff and the kid arguedand said "actually, that's all we're out of" but didn't apologize or care at all that we were disappointed. After we picked oursecond option and he made it (single scoop in a cup), the ice cream came to the counter completely melted! It literally was noteven in solid form anymore. I asked him why it was melted and he explained that once it was mixed on the cold slab with thefudge it melts it down a bit. A BIT?! I could have drank it through a straw. I have had Coldstone's ice cream before and I thinkI know what to expect. There was something wrong with how he made it or the temperature of the ice cream, but he didn't saythat. He made it seem like it was expected and good quality. My fiancé was so turned off by it that she said we just wanted totake one of them (mine) and she didn't want hers anymore. He was so upset by this, and instead of offering her another choice orremaking it without the hot fudge or something, he made a rude face and said "OKAY" and threw it out right in front of us. Asfar as taste goes, my ice cream tasted fine, aside from it being more of a soupy texture than a creamy one. Such a waste of$5.00.
