As with most big chains quality and service has suffers as the chain grows and cost cutting takes precedence. Will eat here from... time to time but there are better burgers for a similar price elsewhere. Read more
Long wait 10 min to get food 2 burgers and fries Homemade fries are good! Ordered 2 shakes got those and another 10 min to get... food. Was 7pm on a friday. There was only one table avail & people could not get 6 ft apart as so many people were there. A girlmaking toppings on burgers had a hat on with her blonde hair hanging down. First time ever at Five Guys and wow, let me tell you....it was amazing. Quite possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had.... And the fries, both regular and cajun, were fresh cut and fresh fried. I loaded them with the available malt vinegar....oh whata treat that was. Staff was excellent and happy.
