I do enjoy the food. I do not enjoy the reservation policy. I was trying to make a reservation and they only do online through a... 3rd party and wouldn’t take over the phone. They couldn’t tell me how busy it would be at that time and online was saying notables for any party size were available at all that day. When I talked to the manager he said well we are not busy now and dohave tables even when the reservation system said differently. Then he advised he did not know about our requested time slot.Very frustrating customer service. I am all for technology/process efficiency but only when it truly is for the customerexperience! I dont understand how a place like this can exist in the "upscale" shopping area in the city. Everything in the restaurant was... sticky, from the floors to the tables and chairs. We also got seated at probably the worst table in the place as the finish wascompletely gone. Napkin was and the place was...dirty. Food was OK. About what I would expect from a bar. Read more
