I had the best experience at Auntie Em?s pretzels this afternoon! I ordered some pretzel bits and didn?t think to ask if there... was butter on the product. Blonde moment!!! I developed lactose intolerance as an adult and after I took a bite I coulddefinitely taste the butter. I asked the team working if they could replace my order without butter, and they did at no cost!They were very understanding, it made my day! Thank you Auntie Em?s for being so flexible! Very famous pretzel shop in the mall. If you haven't tried the pretzel nuggets with the warm cheese dip,I recommend you do.

Great service. Staff was very accommodating, helping our grandsons have two cups so that they could split an order of nuggets.
