I work, am a student and single mom to a 3 year old. Finding the time to cook healthy meals for myself is not easy. My manager... recommended 95 Nutrition and i?m really happy I tried it out. 95 Nutrition is a lifesaver! The food is delicious, the people and service are stellar, the prices are fair?and I get all the... important macros I need to be active and stay full. I can?t recommend them enough. There?s something for everyone, even pickyeaters should find some options they love. I?m so happy they?re expanding into the Rochester area. It?s hard to be without theirconvenient, tasty, nutritious food. And it?s just a couple minutes away in the good old microwave. Not your typical boringgrilled chicken and broccoli meal prep. My husband and I have been loving 95 nutrition!! You can?t beat the deal on Fridays. We?re able to stock our freezer full of... meals for a week to two weeks at a cost much less than what we would typically spend at the grocery store! Best meal prep place I have tried. I?ve tried other well known meal prep services and this is hands down the best. Price is... reasonable, meals taste great. It helps me stay on track easily. And I LOVE the protein pancakes. Joe at the Victor location wasfriendly and always willing to help if I have any questions. I live in Rochester and before 95 was in our area I used to driveall the way to Buffalo for meals- that is how great these meals are. I?ve recommended many friends to 95 who ended up loving themeals as well. If you?re on the fence- just do it! Head into store, everyone is friendly and helpful. Read more
