Stand up front for two minutes before cashier comes up front? Cashier greeting is ?hey.?? ?. ?. Drive through service was horrible. She did not speak clearly whatsoever. Tried to order wraps that were visible on the menu and... then were told "they don't make wraps anymore". Got to the window and she had left off half our order, wanted us to go throughthe line again to re order even though we said it the first time around. We also did not receive the apple juice with the kidsmeal bc she said she gave it to us already when she 100% did not. One of the worst drive through experiences I've everencountered. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This whole store should be thrown away. Stopped in to order food and the cashier... over charged me for my food. My husband asked why it was price was higher than the menu and cashier's answer was it is what itis. Asked for the manager and the lady standing there watching was the manager and she adjusted the price but the cashier who isa young man start to yell at me saying I had an attitude but he tried to over charge me. As a former sales manager and the factthat the Manger on duty didn't say anything she knows this is going on. I wonder how many voided transactions they have in aweek for skimming the register. The brother of the cashier also works there and added to the escalation saying they don't careabout that job as he threw down the metal trays don't yell at his brother. The cashier then proceeded to come from behind thecounter walking towards me as if to do something while the manager just watched. I wasn't alone and he made a better decision tostop. The line of customers left and so did we to avoid further altercations. But this location need a whole new staff or justthrow it away. And the store cashiers(3) came to watch as it was a game. Very bad customer service young man was on his phone as soon as we stepped in. And was still on it while we was asking him... questions about the menu. He had an attitude the whole time we was ordering. Be happy you have a job during these times. You ayoung black man still living. And this was his body posture while ordering and shaking his head I wish these businesses stophiring people like this . If you not a peoples person CSR is not for you ! Start checking cameras and having weekly teammeetings to fix these people attitudes. Or fire them period. Read more
