NEVER PRE-PAY! I placed an order online and had to reach out several times to cancel the order as it was sent to the wrong... store. I finally received a confirmation email of cancellation after calling corporate several times. They told me 5-7 days toreceive a refund - it's been 15 days and I'm still trying to track down if I will receive my refund or not. They had the... facility set up with 2 lines: 1 for ordered & paid for & 1 for new orders or orders called in & reserved the product they wantedbut hadn't paid for the order. You will be tempted with samples as you wait in line. This businessmoves the customers through a line quickly.
