Service was extremely poor/slow. Our food took awhile to get to the table. Both hamburgers were just warm, not much taste to... them, and the cheese that was placed on them was at room temperature?yum. I always finish my meal, but couldn?t stomach 1/2 ofthis hamburger. We used to really like Mugshots but this location is being run so poorly that we won't be back again. The floor and tables are... always sticky. So sticky that my shoe literally stuck to the floor, pulling my foot out of my flip flop when I tried towalk. The food is usually pretty good, or at least decent. This time the burger was so visibly dry, you could tell howdisgusting it was going to be before you even tried it. Simple ingredients like cheese were also missing. I placed an order through DoorDash but wasn't able to leave a review there. This order was very mediocre - turkey club, bread... not grilled, extra bacon not added, everything tasted limp and left over. Unfortunately it was pretty bad experience. We ordered three appetizers for a party of 10. Our server dropped off the three... appetizers and ran off before anyone could even make eye contact with her. She didn?t return for 25 minutes when we all askedher if we could get appetizer plates, silverware, and napkins. Another 10 minutes went by and she brought out to go containers.She said she couldn?t find any appetizer plates. The service and the long wait just continued on like this. Shame on the owners/managers to run a business like this... 4 kitchen staff, 1 server... for THE WHOLE PLACE. Should've known... better when, we walked in at 6pm and there were 5 people inside. The waitress/bartender was amazingly doing it all... would give0 stars for the place, 2 for the overworked waitress. Shame, it's a great location, but we weren't there to sight see. Wait time was horrible. Food was OK.not great. but my waitress was incredible. She seated and served almost the entire... restaurant by herself. Cleaned tables. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.The food was disgusting and it was not even an attempt to try making it... right.The staff all seem very new.The bartenders had to google basic drink recipes and still messed it up the server staff wasvery unenergized and it wasn't even busy you would expect this level of service from McDonald's and then McDonald's blows thisplace out of the water.No Temps taken on the burgers were even asked and I recieved this dry try mac and cheese burger I took 2bites and it was so disgusting no flavor nothing exciting no love in the food it was like what is the purpose of even sendingout the food if you already messed up and everything still sucked bad beyond measure.I would not recommend. I absolutely adore this restaurant! The burgers are so delicious! I ordered the hamburger steak and it came with the fluffiest,... creamiest mashed potatoes! Liz our server was so friendly and kind even with the night being so busy and the restaurant packedshe smiled at us and made sure we were all set!
