Every one in our party waited a while for their dine-in order only to have to go wait in line again for the rest of our orders.... I want to start off by saying, I absolutely love the people at this location. They know me by name and have always treated me as... if I was part of the family. Drive thru can be slow. I go almost ever morning (usually using the app to preorder) and sometimeit takes me 20 minute to get my food while other times it takes me 5 minute. My order is rarely wrong at this location but Iwill say that on a number of occurrences the Sweet Tea has tasted foul (almost moldy) - though that hasn't happened in a coupleof months, so hopefully that issue has been dealt with. Other than that, I really haven't had issues. The inside is well keptand clean. Bathrooms are clean, and again - my favorite Chickfila staff yet. Read more
Came in to eat your number 1 combo (chicken bisquit) for breakfast. Employees are very courteous and friendly very professional.... The bisquit however fell apart in my hand was very dry, crumbly..had to go get a plastic fork to pick the pieces up in order toeat it. This is my second breakfast time visit here. I'd rather also have waffle fries for breakfast instead of the small roundtater tots. Nothing remarkable about them. Thx for your time if anyone reads this critique. Read more
By far the worst location in Birmingham. Always the slowest and the food is terrible.
It took a lot longer to get my food here than normal. There were plenty of team members available to help but they all looked... discombobulated. The food was great. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. Read more

I?m sure these people who work here and own this place are delightful people, but they sure don?t know how to run a fast food... restaurant. My order is consistently wrong, or just made poorly. I have attached a picture of some nuggets that looked like theyhad been chewed up and spit out. They were unacceptably soggy. This chick-fil-a is so slow that I?d rather drive to the locationin Hoover, or even go to brookwood mall, park, and go inside and order. Both options are almost guaranteed to be faster. Read more
They took the order at the entrance but yet we aren't moving. They are supposed to be the fastest fast food joint but this one... isn't. The food should be ready for us when we pull up so what's the hold up????? Read more
