I live 1/2mi from here. Ordered a Boss burger -well done- to go only to find it raw when I got home. Ordinarily I wouldn't... complain, but, this is the third time it's happened, to add insult to (potential) injury, the fries were cold, again. By the grace of God this place is still standing. It hasn't been the go to places since it opened. It was trying earlier this... year but seems as if management is fueling the us VS them Mentality. "Them" being the customer that KEEPS YOU OPEN. Not sure whymanager roll their eyes at accommodating the money spender. We all can go elsewhere wings are wings after all. I enjoy Baumhower's mostly. Initially this was a popular pick for my autistic son that seriously enjoys their mozzarella... sticks. I started off not a big fan but the staff and the charm of the place has really begun to win me over. Baumhower isspiritually a sports bar that offers good dining options however I don't treat it as such. It has more so been a location meand my family of 4 can go and just enjoy a good conversation with a friendly staff and good food. The drink selection is aboveaverage as well. Read more

Have to say our server was the problem on today's visit. We basically after we ate our appetizer had to ask our server could we... order our food. Don't know what was going on but all the servers were just hanging around on the counter talking. Our server wassleepy, she just kept yawning. Food was good, we did notice the portions were smaller. Maybe next visit will be better. Read more

The Garlic Parmesan Wings was right on time, perfectly cooked and seasoned well. ???? Plus the wait time was pretty short also.

The best thing about this location besides the size of the wings was our server, Darryl!!! Even though it was his 1st week, we... couldn't tell. He was personable & efficient. He put a smile on our face from beginning to end! I'm not in Birmingham that oftenbut the next time I come through there I'm stopping by just to get service with Darryl.
