Walked in at 6:30 pm and had 4 different crew members ignore me at the front counter. Not even "I'll be right with you". No one... in the drive through and no one else in line so they weren't busy. It's just fast food but I guess they didn't want my order? Left and went to Five Guys. Read more
If you?re hungry don?t try the drive thru on a Thursday night. They had each customer waiting almost five minutes before taking... their order. It was quite ridiculous. Blatantly ignoring customers right in front of them. About 6 cars behind me, waiting to order through the drive-thru, while I... waited on the speaker for 10 minutes to get a response. After finally asking for my order, I waited at the pickup window andwatched the employee gossip and yell at her coworker while my order was waiting on the table. I wish I could say they weresimply short staffed but the front door was closed. No orders coming through besides the drive thru and food deliveries. Thiswas simply terrible service.
