Absolutely rude. I ordered online and asked for bbq and honey mustard. I realized only bbq was in the bag but there was no one... up front and it wasn't a big deal, so I was just going to leave without it. Got to the car and checked my order again because itfelt light. Was missing the biscuits. Went back in and waited patiently and told them I was missing the biscuits and honeymustard. Girl goes back to the kitchen Girl, she says shes missing the biscuits Guy In the grill, did you check the bag? Girl,nope, I don't feel like arguing because ya know the customer is always right. So my family don't eat KFC, so we decided last night to go today. The black lady at the window was rude and told me in front of... my children that the bowl we were getting was nasty, my children seen the Commercial about chicken n cheese and were veryexcited. She is going to run people away. I still got it because we drove there for that reason. Watch your employees, that wasrude to say in front of my children.
