I go every week to vestal Dunkin with my friend who has challenges. We were treated so rudely today. The only way to order was... at a tablet. I totally understand the employee shortage. I just had a few questions. Like I couldn?t find ice tea and what ifyou want to pay cash which is how my friend pays so she can learn money. The employee could not be bothered. We were the onlyinside customers. If she was just kind about it I could live with the inconvenience. Needless to say will not be back. Read more

Dunkin has good products at a fair price. I typically buy the regular roast coffee with nothing added. The americano is also... very good. Read more

This is the 3rd time employee Sam is rude waiting at the counter waiting to order she acts like its inconvenient that u want to... order so she ignores you and acts like she's to busy to say Hi ill be right with you! 3 times she has made me wait at least10min this time I just left. I worked at Dunkin wld never have been so rude! Very disappointing Read more

Never really had a decent cup of coffee.. either really watered down or bitter. Seems like their proportions are off because... other Dunkin coffees are amazing! Read more

Rude employees. I did an on-the-go order for a bagel and a muffin. Never got the muffin. Brought this up to the manager and she... apologized and gave me the muffin, however her male employee felt the need to make fun of me for wanting my complete order. Hisco-worker shushed him and he laughed it off calling me ridiculous. When I brought it up to the manager he jumped into theconversation denying what he did. Everytime I go here its a bad experience. I use the mobile app, and most of the time I order at least 10 minutes ahead of time. Each time I?ve arrived my food has been... ready, but my drink has been neglected. I waited about 5 minutes before asking one of the employees if they had my coffee readythat was supposed to come with my food, to which I was ignored, and when I asked again, they replied ?it?ll be coming?.Honestly, it probably would?ve been faster to go through the drive through or wait in line. Kind of makes the whole orderingahead on the app pointless when they?re always forgetting part of your order. I try to be understanding as someone who?s workedin customer service for years, especially during a pandemic, but this is a bit upsetting. I?ve never had this issue at otherlocations, but unfortunately this is the only one on my way to work. Read more

On August 5 2020, we went through the drive thru and experienced awful customer service. The young women, Tori W. (on receipt)... shocked us, she rushed us at the speaker and was not welcoming whatsoever. We go there regularly and it was the first time weexperienced poor customer service.
