Every time I come to this Dunkin I order plain bagels toasted with butter and they have consistently gave me dry bagels, so I... tried asking for extra butter this time to be charged $2.00 for a broken bagel, drier than the Sahara desert. The speed ofservice is hit or miss typically always slow, but on the bright side the workers are extremely nice until u call them out ontheir mistake and they close the window in your face mid sentence. Dunkin Donuts has declined with the times. Use to have dozens of selections fresh on the racks and cooked on site. Now they... truck in the daily donuts and when the run out they're out. Twice there was like no donuts left at all. Sad and disappointingsince I miss the DD of yesterday where you could smell them cooking before you got out of the car... I had almost forgottenuntil I had the opportunity to stop at a Krispy Kreme and when the drive-through window opened the car filled with the awesomesmells and I ended up getting a dozen... If they opened a Krispy Kreme here in the Broome County Area ???? you'd be out ofbusiness DD. Maybe its time because your not really a donut shop anymore are you? Read more
This place is a complete joke. Best of luck to anyone who wants to order here, to all the self entitled complainers out there,... make your own coffee then. It's not the employees fault, they are left to deal with broken machines and no staff and a woman whoconstantly harasses them about all the things that they have no control over, losing new hires within weeks or days due to thework environment, and firing hard working employees who rough all that out due to customers who cant be bothered to wait a fewminutes for the employees to do what they can with the bare minimum while also getting harrassed on all sides by customers and"management". Although they were really busy the staff were so nice and efficient!! Great job to all!! I even heard one lady who appeared to... be the manager thank the staff for doing a great job during the rush they had! She could really teach other managers in alltypes of occupations how to keep their staff happy and motivated!! Read more
I'm so happy they were able to help me! For April Fool's Day, I wanted to bring my boyfriend, who works at Starbucks, a Dunkin'... drink and I asked them to make it really gross. It was a wonderfully awful drink! He said it was really bad coffee juice. Sohappy for the help! Read more
Slow service with staff that don?t understand what you are ordering at the drive through. Waited over five minutes to order and... had to give them the order again when we got to the window. When the drinks did arrive they were not as requested and had a cardrive off because they had not taken his order yet. Read more
They messed up my order this morning and also gave me the worst coffee I?ve ever had in my life. This is the only meal I?ve had... since yesterday and I?m pretty sure I currently have food poisoning from this place. Would not recommend Read more
