Upon entering Walmart, I decided I needed a large coffee while shopping. I walked in and stood there for a minute. The two... employees were too busy talking about how bad their schedules were and how busy it has been to immediately greet me and anothercustomer. As I ordered, the one employee walked away and began to make the Coolatta. Once I paid, they began to complain toeach other how they hate making these complicated drinks and all the steps. Wow.. While ordering coffee you can tell from the sound of the persons voice she was annoyed. Got to the window I'm guessing it's a... manager who took my order. She didn't even say anything, not the price., Not even have a nice day just walk away. Then with thatsame attitude she talks to her employees with. She doesn't have to say anything, her face tells it all. I understand we allhave bad days or don't even want to be at work. But if you truly don't like your job. Just leave.. also, you leave an examplehow you would want your employees to act but with the stink attitude they will I'm sure give you an attitude back. Read more
This used to be my favorite Dunks, then it seemed to be not real great employee/customer service-wise for quite a while and I... was sad. Went today and saw new (friendlier!) faces, and was helped by a very nice employee. Hopefully trending back to how theyused to be...clearly needed to get rid of some not good for business employees. These folk are usually very good. Today, the cashier accidentally charged me twice for one of my donuts. I wouldn't have even... noticed the error - he brought up the order again and caught it. He apologized repeatedly, offered a refund or another donut.Very classy way of handling it - o was impressed. Read more
By far the nicest Dunkin Donuts I have been in yet and I have been in quite a few over the years. Clean and good variety of... things to choose from. But the best part of the experience was the customer service here. I went in weary from a long hard weektoday looking for coffee and something to eat and they were just so nice in there. Genuinely friendly, fast service with asmile. My coffee and sandwich were awesome. Definitely will be back again. :) Read more
Some of the staff are rude and don't seem like they want to be working there. Because it's busy they have a limited donut... selection. Today I went in and there was one woman there to work and she wasn't removing gloves after taking the people's money.There was always a line. But the woman did a great job trying to keep up. Wow?. it?s usually the same sour faced girl I ended up getting. We go there every time we shop at Walmart, anymore if I see the... same employee we go up the road to the other Dunkin. If you don?t like your job then look for a different one to where you?renot working with the public. Once the girl was nice. Once!!! I ordered a new drink, a white chocolate something. The pic lookedgood. I ended up with a very bland not at all what I ordered. No whip cream or of course no kind of toppings. It was horrible.We are done going to that Dunkin. So disappointing.
