If I could give it 0 stars I would. Walked in and got seated asked for coffee and husband got a coke. Was told the one worker... was making tea for himself so I had to wait for my coffee. That right there I should have just walked back out. Ordered foodanyway and the food came out before my coffee did. Other customers had coffee already and I was still waiting on mine. Food cameout cut into the sausage and it was raw in the middle. Asked for toast to be a little extra toasted and it came out with onlyone of the two pieces toasted and only butter on one piece. I promised myself I would never come back to this location after thelast horrible service we had but we tried to give it another shot and was disappointed again. This time I?m sticking to my wordof never coming back to this location ever again. Oh also the fact that we both ordered the all American slam and we got chargedfor one American and one lumberjack slam. Which was a price difference too. Avoid this location unless u want to eat raw sausageor wait forever for a coffee but make sure u look at your receipt for accuracy as well! Read more
Went for dinner tonight.. Was never told that they were super short staffed only had one cook.. Waited a half hour just to get... mozzarella sticks and then waited another 20 minutes for our food. We were there for over an hour and most of it was waiting onfood. The only way we found out there was one cook was when we heard another waitress tell someone that came in the door. Idon't even want to leave one star as I do not believe there should be any stars for this visit and we will not return to theVestal location. I understand when a place is under staff but at least should have told us when we walked through the doorbefore we got seated. At least give people a choice if they want to wait or go somewhere else. If I knew we were going to waitthat long I would have told my husband let's go somewhere else. Read more
Try to go here during the day time. Anything after 12am and you?ll get very slow service, poorly cooked food, and a headache... with the bill because you?ll want a discount for the undercooked sausages and watery sausage gravy. During daylight hours, it?sa totally different scene. The cooks know what they?re doing, the wait staff is VERY helpful, and the food is great! I like the Santa Feeling skillet. The chorizo flavor really is awesome. And the skillet keeps it hot.
It's been a while since I've last been here. I decided to treat myself to a pancake breakfast, and was soon reminded of better... times. I chose the 9 grain pancakes topped with Bandana and Strawberry, as well as a loaded Veggie Omelet w/ hashbrowns. I wasnot disappointed. The pancakes were great, and the Omlet was awesome. Have been here two times and both times the service was very slow and took forever. The restaurant (and I use that term loosely)... was not busy and people who arrived after us had food before us. There was no update from staff and another waitress had tonotice us and offer us refills. Even after an extraordinarily long wait we were missing pancakes which somehow took another 10minutes. When the food did arrive the plates were dirty. Food is ok...or maybe after an hour we were too hungry to care. Wewon't be returning. Read more
