We had our first experience with Blaze and I was pleasantly surprised by the product. The staff is very friendly and helpful in... explaining the process to new people. The concept is makes to order personal thin crust pizza made fresh with a fast-foodtimeline. There were plentiful and fresh ingredients to choose from from which to make your own creation or order one off themenu. The pizzas are about 10? in diameter and can easily be eaten by 1 or 2 people with no problem. Drinks and sides (salad,breadsticks, etc.) are an additional fee. The pizza is wood fired and delicious.
