Slowest service EVER at a McDonald's. DO NOT GO INSIDE TO ORDER!! I, and about 15 others waited for 30 minutes to get a combo... order. One lady waited that long for a happy meal!! Our family visited this McDonald's location on the 4th of July 2022. We were waited on by the manager. The kindness shown to our... family was above and beyond. We had ordered a sweet tea and we stopped in the parking lot to eat our food. The manager realizedthat she had given us an unsweet tea. So she took the time out of her day to walk a sweet tea to our vehicle and apologized.This is an excellent example of great customer service. I had to stop here on Friday 12/9 to grab something quick to eat, I had some test ran and hadn?t eaten since the night before. I... used the app to order and the lady at the drive thru was so kind and helpful. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, at 12:20pm. When I got home, my food was piping hot and fresh. The prices are different than in Lexington, but that is to be expected. Read more
