My order was recieved really fast. Which may explain the lack of quality. Cheese sticks were almost burnt with hardly no cheese.... Pizza was terrible. Hardly no toppings and sauce, Overcooked as well. At least the second time things were lousy here for me.Probably won't try again. Read more
Shanna - my driver was awesome. She even included an extra garlic sauce because mine got left out last time! She?s was so... friendly, even waited for me to get the pizza off the porch and when my little Yorkie went running out the door, she justignored her. Thats awesome because Roxy thinks she owns the world! This also was the best, freshest pizza I?ve had delivered, weusually pick up. You guys are all amazing and please give Shanna extra props!!! She is fantastic!!!!! I?ve always been a PJpizza person, but this Dominos kills it every time! Everyone Is so nice and this is by far the best pizza place inVersailles!!!!!! We are gluten free and this the only local pizza place that is both delicious and reasonably priced. Always excellent service.... Pizza is hot every time we pick it up. Highly recommend! It is our new go-to in Versailles. Read more
I order pizza from this Domino's location in Versailles on a regular basis. (I get anchovies on mine. My wife won't let me bring... it into the house so I have to eat it outside.) Everyone else gets whatever they want at the time. The pizza is alwaysdelicious, IMO better than most other Domino's and better than most other pizza places. As for service, excellant. Pleasant,fun, enjoyable. They seem to enjoy giving you something you want. Easy five stars. Read more
This could be the worst pizza in Kentucky. To be clear; this is not a review directed at an individual or their customer... service. Of which, dealt with the complaint professionally. It is perhaps, then, an overall reflection of Domino's. The pizza,made to order was delivered on time and correctly. However, it's quality was incredibly and egregiously disgusting. If this wasfreshly made, I'd be surprised and therein lies the confusing part: it was a "build your own" order. Unfortunately it tasted asif it was a frozen Kroger manager special pizza; overcooked a week ago in the basement of some stoner still living at 35, in hismom's house; then left out to become stale, at room temp, for a week before being reheated, and sold to us. Dry, old, stale,cold, hard-tack cardboard: that's the best way to described it. Additionally, the wings were so abhorrently undercooked and weremushier than a 90s Hugh Grant Rom-Com. Seriously, was just an overall terrible product. Now. Both the cashier and Heather (themanager) were very understandable and apologetic. And we do not fault them. However, the product? My wife held a Barbie pizza party with two of our grandsugars. We ordered online from the Versailles store. This time we ordered... the two medium pizzas with different toppings to satisfy each girl. I love the text updates to ensure the pizzas are hot when Ipick them up. We have had great experience with Domino's over the past few years. Read more
