never coming back. Your younger kids don?t want to work at all. Worst costumer service i?ve ever had . I made a phone call... tonight about an order and got told i would get called right back while they were busy and never did . Worst subway i?ve everbeen too. Great service- especially the guy and gal working the counter this evening (9/27/22). Super upbeat and friendly. Just the kind... of people you'd want to interact with after a long day of work. Made a hella dank sub too! They both deserve a raise! Read more

No manager on duty to assist with questions. Ordered online got sandwiches home, ingredients missing and sub not cut all the way... thru. Read more

The folks working were fast, very helpful and nice. It is typical food from Subway. It was hot and fresh.

I found that the Subway in Verona had the best workers ever. I got several different subs for everybody in our house at home... which made six subs and one wrap and a cookie for everybody and I had coupons and the prices were great and the food wasdelicious. Everybody was very satisfied with their Subway sandwich from Verona. Read more

Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered two pepperoni pizza to go and they served cold and not cooked pizza. I even saw the employee... taking pizza out of oven before it was even done. They also didn't give any napkins either. Worst service ever and will be thelast time I will be ever going to this location. Read more

I understand the need to work on call in orders, but NEVER turn down money standing at the counter. When the "sandwich artist"... started working on call in orders AFTER making me wait for her to work on other call in orders, I almost walked out. Mind you myorder was over $20 itself. This is NO WAY to treat an in person PAYING customer. I am dissatisfied with this level of service. Read more

**Half of the employees were not properly wearing masks (nose completely uncovered)!!* Do not order online during rush hours.... They will serve everyone else before your order. I just waited 40 min in the pick up area, when I should have jumped in line andhave them make my order. Many people who arrived after me were served before my online online order was even considered.
