How can you go wrong with Culvers. The front counter was clean and orderly. The wait staff was extremely helpful, patient, and... friendly. The fountain drink, condement and napkin and straw island was spotless and well stocked with everything even at theheight of the lunch time rush. The dining room floors and tables were also clean and free of garbage and smears of grease oranything that might make you say "yuck". Read more

Rather disappointing! Very slow and disorganized! 10+ cars waiting for food at driveup! They wouldn't give us our custard at the... window, so we could eat while we waited 10-15 mins for our food (which they first gave to someone in the wrong car), but when weate the custard, it was obvious it had been dished up and then put in the freezer, so instead of being creamy, it was more likeday old frozen ice milk! We decided to swing by for sundaes. It's the fourth of July, and we were visiting family. The older lady training in the drive... through snapped at me over the intercom, as I kindly requested to add a side scoop for my cat. My cat loves the vanilla custard,and it is a rare treat. The lady cut me off, shouting we'll see you at the window. Once at the window, I calmly explained theabove request. The employees were rude. The employee then said they would accommodate the request, however it would be $4. Idecided to pass, as that is a tad steep for a small sample/pup cup. My cat was with me in the passenger seat. Overall verydisappointed. Maybe it is nostalgia, but I thought this was one of the better locations. Probably best to avoid thislocation. As of recently, the mineral point Rd location provided one of the best burgers I've had from culvers in well over adecade ???? ????. If you are in town, and hoping to try what Midwesterns rave about, again, avoid this location. Read more
I visited the drive-through of this Culver's recently in Verona, WI. I normally love Culver's. The person taking my order messed... up my order numerous times, but I could see it on the screen so I corrected her, got my order & left. I was traveling to anothertown to visit my 96 year old Aunt. The food was terrible, but it was too far to go back. I called & asked to speak to theManager. I explained what had happened, & she asked if we had eaten the food. We did but it would have been too far too far togo back. She did say she'd send me a gift certificate but nothing ever came. This Manager was RUDE, assumed I was lying, &wasn't interested that my experience was terrible. I will go back to Culver's, but not the one in Verona. This Manager isterrible which makes sense, since the whole Culver's experience there was bad! Read more
