What happened to the days of Hardee?s making burgers to order??? Order was totally wrong , hamburgers and fries were cold (... cheese not melted and bacon undercooked) , and counter person was laughing as she told us they were out of ketchup !!!! I went through the drive through 7:30 PM on 10/07/2022. This was Verona, VA store number 1502579. Order number 413220, $9.45.... There was one car in the entire parking lot. I had just finished a 15 hour work day and had a 1 1/2 hour drive home. I order anumber 1 meal and a drink. I received the meal then parked in the lot to eat. The drink and fries were as ordered. The burgerapparently had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The bottom part of the bun was hard as a hockey puck! I was tootired to go back and complain. I ate the burger minus the puck (didn't want to chip a tooth). I believe cashier Lilyanna, knewthat burger was past it's prime, but still gave it to me. I want to like this place more than I do. I love the Frisco burger, and when it's made we'll, it's my favorite of all fast food... chains. However the quality and speed of this Hardee's is so sporadic that it's impossible to tell what kind of food you'regoing to get at any visit. Read more
the worker at the drive through window was absolutely superb ! fat blond kid really was doing well even though i could tell he... was new to the job. could tell he was trying his best and the other workers were helping him and were very polite about it aswell, great to see these young people work hard and together. and the food was great too ! I?m not sure who?s in charge at Verona Hardee?s but the service has went down hill bad in the past year or so. Every time I go... there and order I only get half of what?s supposed to be on the sandwich. I just ordered the new primal Burrito should have meaton it and there was none also ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit and there was no egg. The tea taste terrible couldn?t drinkit and this meal cost almost 15$. I don?t think I'll be back till someone steps up and starts running things the way it shouldbe instead of just not caring anymore. Read more
I've been here before for lunch break. Never a bad experience. Customer service always on point as far as cheerfulness goes and... today is no exception. Only difference today is I decided to get a sandwich instead on tenders. Don't normally do sandwichesbecause most come with cheese but I saw one that had BBQ on it instead. I wasn't mad at first because the cashier Brittani couldn't hear me from my side of the vehicle (I deliver mail). She wrong me up for tenders instead of the BBQ chicken. I try tocorrect them when I get to the window and they repeat the total to me. It should have been around 8 bucks for the total. Theythen ring me up for a chicken club. This one comes with cheese. I wanted to correct them but they were standing far away so whenthey came back to hand me my purchase I asked if they wrong me up incorrectly because it said it was a club and it was a 60 centdifference in price since it came with cheese a bacon. I was assured that they were the same thing and it should have no cheese.Trusting them I pull off and what do you know, cheese. So I pull back through the drive through and they correct my order (so Ithought) but I am not refunded the difference between the club chicken and BBQ chicken. Not only that but the person making thefood literally gives me a chicken sandwich with only BBQ on it. No lettuce and tomato like the picture. Needless to say I amunhappy and was going to circle through for a 3rd time to have them fix it but at this point you question the resteraunt as ahole not just an order being incorrectly wrung up the 1st time and incorrectly made the 2nd time. I don't like leaving negativecomments but I felt it was no other way to vent my frustrations. Part of this is who ever designed the hardees menu. Instead ofthis menu item being number 12 for both sandwiches it should have been number 12 for the club and number 13 for the chicken. Hadthat been the case this mix up would have never accored. 30 years ago I used to eat at Hardee's and the food was decent, fresh, fluffy buttery biscuits. today 12/7/22 at this location... store #1502579 & order# 427648, was disgusting and I hate using that word. we ordered 1 loaded omelet biscuit, and 1 chickenbiscuit. both biscuits were old, so salty, & hard. the :omelet" had some kind of unrecognizable meat in it that was brown, notsausage, something like maybe ham, defiantly was not bacon and was chewy, eggs were old and dried out the edges lookedtranslucent. The chicken was was hard chewy and burnt, you could taste the old oil. needles to say maybe 30 years from now illtry it again but I don't think so. do your self a favor go to McDonald's across the street, i know fast food is fast food butthis even isn't food!
