Off the Rails is a casual BBQ restaurant that sells house-smoked ribs, brisket, and pulled pork and a variety of sides. Prices... range from several dollars per side to almost twenty dollars for ribs. Catering is also available from a separate menu. Seatingis wherever the customer wants, and many tables are available inside and outside. During my visit, an employee promptly greetedme and gave me a menu. My appetizers were available within minutes, but I had to wait about half an hour for my ribs. I liked mybrisket nachos, pulled pork fries, and half rack of ribs. Read more

We are new to the area. Stopped by to check it out. Awesome! We got the ribs, brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese. Perfect smoke... on the meats. Kind of a black pepper flavor to the Mac and cheese which I really liked. Had some good margaritas and the staffwas very nice and friendly. Definitely going back. Read more

Pretty decent BBQ, but it is also moderately expensive. I order the cornbread, pulled pork Mac n cheese, and tried a few ribs. I... thought the lady taking orders for pick up was extremely friendly. As for the food, it was just okay. I thought the Mac ncheese was average. It was not overly oily, which I can appreciate. But, it just tasted standard. Nothing special about it. Thepulled pork was quite fatty. There was an entire block of just skin, and several globs of just fat. When I did get a moderatelylean and balanced piece of meat, it was pretty good when dipped in sauce. Portion was okay for price but it wasn't very filling. Not much pulled pork (2 oz maybe). The ribs are pretty good. They are meaty and did not have the fat problem that the pulledpork did. However, for a half rack it was $16 and it did not come with any side. The cornbread was fairly good. It was a fairportion for the price and was still somewhat soft. There were small pieces of corn to add texture. There were two sauces thatcame with the pork mac but only the BBQ came with the ribs. The other sauce was orange and I prefer this one. It has a balanceof sweet and spiciness and is not too heavy. The BBQ sauce was on the spicy side. If I return, I'll return for the customerservice and to try the beans as well as the brisket. The beans look delicious, but my visit was pretty disappointing. Found this restaurant based on reviews while we were visiting the area. The location was easy to get to and eleven easier to do... a pick up order. We ordered a variety of menu items to try it all out. We ordered a brisket sandwich, side of fries (notpictured), wings, ribs, and 2 ribs and Mac n cheese (not pictured) meals. Our total was around $85. Not a terrible price andthere was adequate food. I did expect meals like the brisket sandwich to come at least with a side, so that was disappointing, but I added my own to make sure I wasn?t hungry. My younger children ate the ribs and Mac n cheese and liked it. One commentedthat it was a little spicy, but my kids aren?t opposed to spice and/heat, not sure wish spice they were referring too. Myhusband is a meat aficionado and smokes all his own meat and we have yet to find a restaurant that we like more, but the meatwas tender, had flavor and was served warm and tasted fresh. He cleans his meat up getting most fat/chewy pieces off so we wereaccumulated to picking through the shredded brisket some when eating to get rid of the fatty pieces. The food was good and Iwould return. Only rating it a 4 because I had wished for a bit more food per meal. Read more

Got the loaded baked potato with pulled pork, today's special, was so very good, excellent pulled pork, love the tangy barbecue... sauce. The husband got a burger which was ground brisket and short ribs, he said it was very good. Everything came out hot anddidn't have to wait long. The girls working out front very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back, this was our firsttime. Read more
