Now this is a small business , not very noticeable from the street. But, the taste of the meals are really great. I ordered an... omelet and the healthy start. Take out was ready in 15 mins and prices were god. Haven't tried lunch yet, but they are in therotation. More to come.... Read more
Delicious, fresh cooked breakfast made with REAL eggs. Loved their omelets and hot coffee. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I could not be happier with this cute little find in Vero Beach, FL! Wood N Spoon has so many amazing gluten free and vegetarian... options. The best part? I didn?t get sick at all from cross contamination. I had the Lox Gluten Free Bagel and French OnionSoup. Both were absolutely delicious. I want to try more of their menu items! Went here a couple months ago and I've beencraving that gluten free bagel ever since. Read more

Delicious food! Fresh breads and large variety for a breakfast and lunch place. I ordered 1/2 a salad (was big, couldn't believe... it was only half) and 15 bean soup. Mom had a sandwich.
