I was in WaWa?s yesterday at 10 am getting gas, which I purchased inside due to also getting a iced coffee. I came out and... another customer had parked behind my car and was stealing my gas. I said something to him and also promptly went inside toreport the theft to the store employees which did NOTHING. They stood and watched. I was told I would of been issued a refundjust to be called by the store manager today to say they will not be offering a refund. I have had to file a police report onthis situation and contact my card company to dispute charges. corporate also refused to do anything about this situation.Needless to say I will NEVER be back to Wawa?s after such shameful customer service. I guess they feel they can help rip offhard working people when a theft takes place on their property. Read more
Ordered a burger with toppings....drove 7 miles to the house...got an over cooked pulled pork with all the right toppings. Fries... were soggy as all get out.... normally food is really good from here...but maybe not enough staff at 830 at night may have hadsomething to do with it....honestly....will go get 7-11 or Cumberland farms premade for much less. Every time I get a special coffee, tea, lemonade, ect it's always so good. Especially the lattes, you can actually taste the... coffee/espresso and flavored syrup, nothing is weak or lacking. Day and night crew always make great drinks, this location inparticularly. Read more
