Inconsistencies in quality, the Customer service is dreadful and in much need of training. After 10 minutes, of not being... greeted at the counter, I?m the one that said hello. I don?t know if she didn?t intentionally or not but she did not add thecorrect ingredients in my smoothie. It was the worst smoothie ever! You can certainly tell when people take pride in their workand it is not exhibited here. This review is after MANY wrong orders and much gas wasted going back to get the ?right?order. Don?t know if management knows it, but they close one door early, appearing closed. Definitely not the welcome wagon. Read more

The staff was rude, they forgot a sandwich, and one sandwich was burnt. There was sauce everywhere and they put so much on the... flatbread it couldn?t be eaten without taking stuff off it. If I wasn?t so hungry, i would have driven 20 min back for arefund. Read more

Extremely poor customer service skills!! It takes A LOT for me to want to come online and write a bad review. I come to this... specific location maybe every other day to get my breakfast smoothie and peanut butter banana flatbread. I came maybe 4 days agofor a smoothie (same one I get) and it barely had any flavor in it. I went this morning for the same smoothie same flatbread andthis time I asked for EXTRA FRUIT b/c last time was not the same. My flatbread was filled with granola and about 4 slices ofbanana. I come back (had to leave work) to have this corrected and Zenada (same worker who fixed my smoothie four days ago) saysto me as she passes the bag there's more than four slices and walks away. There was ABSOLUTLY no need for her comment to thensay to me every time I come here I complain, last time I came I complained about the smoothie (only time I ever spoke to her wasfour days ago) . You do NOT treat your customers this way and have the nerves to speak the way she did. I spend about $15 aday at this store and I am beyond upset. Should not feel as if now I need to find a new location to get my breakfast from. It'sa shame. Please retrain your staff. Read more

Just ordered through the app. Today is my daughters 6th birthday and all she wanted was a cheese quesadilla and smoothie from... tropical smoothie. I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas, 3 kids smoothies, 1 chicken Cesar wrap, no tomorrow, and 2 regularsmoothies. I spent $50 AND left a $5 tip. (You pay before you pick up) My husband left work to go pick up our order and broughtit home. The kids quesadillas have chicken on them, so my kids were upset and had to pick all the chicken off which left barelyany cheese. My wrap had tomatoes in it and I'm allergic so couldn't eat it. And my smoothie was missing. I called and spoketo kaya she was so great. She apologized and explained that they were really busy. She said she would call me back after talkingto the owner. She called me back 5min later. The owner said they couldn't refund my money or fix the food unless I came back.Unfortunately I live 25 min north, my husband had to go back to work, and I am at home with my kiddos who have Covid. Zero Stars if I could. Ordered toasted sandwich cheese and bacon and something on toasted supposedly sourdough bread.... Unbelievable mess of a sandwich. I thought it was a joke. Seriously . Sandwich wasn't toasted was Chipotle Mayo smeared allover even the outside of the sandwich. Took the mess back to the store and was told that they don't give a refunds. Have your camera ready if you make the stupid decision to come to this tropical smoothie. I was there for 40 minutes waiting on... my food and smoothie- got to experience someone arguing over not receiving a receipt and the best yet someone not getting theirfood and the staff could not offer a refund until Monday! Yelling between customer and staff, cops were called and my smoothiewas finally ready. I?ve never seen such a scene over something that one would assume is easy to rectify. A elder lady that was making smoothies on 03/04/2022 around 12pm had a disgusting attitude. I placed an order online at 12:07pm... and There was people that came after me that got their order before I did, and they didn?t even placed order online. I had toask the staff to double check if my smoothie is in the fridge and instead of getting an apology, she yelled at me saying theyare ?short on staff?. I understand everywhere they are short on staff but I placed an online order at 12:07 pm and if I didn?t spoken up who knows how much longer i would of been there. I left the place at 12:40pm for an online order. It was verydisgusting her attitude to have the nerve to yell at my face when I didn?t give her a reason to raise her voice at me in frontof customers.
