Well! It's been a long time since I've been to a Sonic. It brought back memories of when I was a child and we went as a family.... It was so much fun to eat in the car. Great to see the servers are still on their roller skates. Service was fast and friendly.Will be back again! Thank you! Read more

Was here at Vero Beach today and had the worst food and service ever. Food came out after a 20 minute wait. Food was all cold.... My daughter ordered a hamburger with just mayonnaise, what she got was again a cold hamburger with ketchup, mustard and pickles.Unexceptable!! They take it back and return five minutes later with the same hamburger that they had wiped the ketchup andmustard off of and added a glob of mayonnaise on it!!! Same cold hamburger instead of cooking a new one and making it asordered. Me, I ordered a corn dog and this was also cold!! I will not be stopping at Sonic anytime soon again. Hopefullymanagement or corporate reads this and corrects the poor service and food quality.It seems like all the reviews complain aboutthe same issues!! Wake up Sonic before its to late. Read more
Everything I ordered they were out of or only had one size available in. Quoted a price. Didn't amend for what they didn't... have. Wanted me to pay full price on my original order, which was missing items and said they'd rebill for replacement items ona second bill when they came out. Told the waiter he was confused and he was confusing the hell out of me. Handed everythingback and went to Mc Donald's. Won't be going back to Sonic any time soon! Read more

Placed a mobile order for two slushes. Checked in with the stall number, then waited and waited for our order. After a while, we... pressed the button to speak to someone, and they confirmed they'd received our order but then disappeared and never came back.Several minutes later, the server came to our car to confirm our order and said it was coming out. We watched as she delivereditems to other vehicles but not our own. We pressed the button again to talk to someone, and only then, after waiting 40+minutes for our order, did they tell us the slush machines were down. Why couldn't they have told us that when we checked in atthe stall, or the first time we pressed the button to check on our order? Why did the server tell us our slushes were comingout? We did get a refund, but we can't get back the 40+ minutes of our life wasted. Read more
