I grew up in the Chicago area. Moved to Colorado for 30 years and just moved to Sebastian Florida. I have been missing pizza and... beefs. This place is Chicago authentic. There pizza is as good as it gets, crust perfect all ingredients are perfect. Italianbeefs also like being back home. Bread which is important is right on, beef tender and juices leaves no question ofauthenticity. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Read more
My first visit to Vero Beach to visit family. We kept hearing WE need to go to Ski's Hideaway and just had so much going on... couldn't fit it in. Today, it became a priority and so glad we did. This place is AWESOME!!! To say the Chicago Beef sandwich isspectacular is an understatement. Great little hidden gem for sandwiches and pizza or even just a cold drink on a hot day from the bar. On 20th in downtown Vero... with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and the owner will check on you to make sure you're enjoying your meal. Awesome onion rings and authentic Chicago beef dip sandwiches. I can't wait to try the pork tenderloin sandwich! Love Skis! The staff is awesome and the food is great. They offer a great selection of local beer too! For a Chicago style place... you need to try the Korean Tacos!!! Ginger and other great spices give them a killer flavor bomb! A must visit when in the area. Read more
Always spot on. There menu is huge. So many choices. The yum yum sauce is the best. It has stayed consistant and always... delicious. I ALWAYS get the wings but need to venture out and try other menu items! Read more
This is a small bar and restaurant in downtown Vero but comes with good food and good prices. I had their special Pork... Tenderloin sandwich and my wife had the Philly Cheese Steak, both were excellent with large portions. Would definitely recommendthis restaurant. Their Friday special is Grouper sandwich which is also very good. Read more

Chicago theme restaurant and bar. Known for the delicious beefs but have others items. I also had the Chicago hot dog but I... can?t shy away from the delicious beefs. The restaurant displays Chicago artifacts everywhere. They encourage and provide somediscount for cash payment but accept credit cards. I?m in love and feel a home here.
